She coordinates referral and consult workflows with primary care, other specialties, and external facilities, including tracking consult outcomes, ensuring necessary follow-up, and maintaining clear communication among all parties. Additionally, Diana supervises the administrative team—reception, schedulers, medical records, and billing clerks—including hiring, on-boarding and training, conducting performance reviews, and managing staff schedules to maintain reliable coverage.
